Welcome to Off-Road Activity Centre.

Throughout 2025, we will be hosting regular motocross children's only group coaching days for a very limited number of riders. Small groups of 5 riders per group to maximise the quality learning time.

Our sessions are suitable for electric balance bikes, such as Revvi, Oset, Torrot, and Ktm/ GasGas/Husqvarna E2/ E3/ E5 electric bikes + PW50, CRF50 and KTM 50cc bikes. Each event may have different classes available.

**What's included?**

- The price for this session includes all riding time, each session is led by our NORA-accredited coaching team throughout the day, and insurance- (If you already have a NORA license, bring it with you)

**The layout of the day**

- Arrival- 30 minutes before your session begins for a smooth sign on and rider briefing.

- Groups of 5 riders maximum. A NORA-accredited coach will lead each group.

- We have 2 tracks, and all the groups will rotate between each track throughout the day, offering plenty of variety in terrain conditions, whilst learning new training skills.

We have two **Open class**, one for E3/ E5 electric bikes, and a second **Open class** for petrol bikes including + PW50, CRF50 and KTM 50cc bikes. We also have a **Mini-E** suitable for Oset mx-10's, Torrot’s and E2 equivalents, and an **electric balance bike class** suitable for all electric balance bikes (12”, 16” & 18” wheels) + Oset 12.5's.

- 3-4 sessions for each group- (Up to 2 hours of track time)

- At the end of the coaching session we will have a prize-giving ceremony for the riders.

- Full working male and female toilets on site

- Hot food including- **Bacon sandwiches, Pizzas & Hotdogs** are available to purchase along with other refreshments on the day.

- Located in Datchet- Windsor (Full What3words direction link will be sent a few days before your arrival)

- Camping is not available at this event

- This is a ticketed event, once all spaces have been booked, the bookings will be closed, and **no entries are available on the day**. Therefore, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your session, and no later than the start time. This is to ensure everyone is parked considerately, signed on, briefed and the event runs as smoothly as possible.

I’ll explain my review, so track, staff , all 5 star but  there was just way too many kids for it to be sold as a coaching day. 
I know he could’ve asked for some advice but he is 4 and dad was track side the whole time so that  just wouldn’t have been possible. 
If it had been cheaper and just sold as practice day would’ve been 5 stars but just thought for the money paid it would have delivered a bit more.

It was my son's first time on a proper motocross track, so he was nervous to begin with, but the coaches all put him at ease and they gave him lots of praise and tips throughout the day which built his confidence. Don’t know where to start really…
What a day, I’m what a 2 days!! First day was so good we returned to do another one.

Firstly,  Very easy to find once booked they sent an email containing the word for (what 3 words) that I used on google maps and it took me straight to the gate where a member of staff was waiting ( with a very welcoming smile) he then told us exactly where to go and park. 

First impressions of the facilities are great. When you turn up to mx track you expect porta loos, and a greasy burger van.  Here you get decent (clean) toilets and small cafe you can sit down in to drink anything from water, soft drink or coffee and tea. 
Food from small snacks to hotdogs and freshly made pizza! 
On a nice day you could even take you lunch up to the sit down area ontop of the containers.. very trick!
Secondly the staff… we haven’t seen any member of staff with a smile on their face, they obviously love doing what they do here and it shows. All very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. And all with their own different mx backgrounds and experiences, there is a wealth of knowledge there as a team. 
3rd the tracks and lay out.. the tracks are not even a 30 second walk from the car park easily accessed with a great viewing hill to the left that has full view of the big track and at least 90% view of the smaller track. The lay out of the tracks are perfect from the beginner to the expert. With long corners and tight corners. Ascending and descending hills and some  decent size jumps. 
With us just being there twice my boy has improved massively… not just skill wise but confidence with the bike. 
But with any honest reviews there need to be negative aswell right? … Wrong!!! 
But this is all I can think of… MORE DAYS!!!! 
And also maybe a coaching day of how the children should clean their own bike 🤣

Another brilliant time had by my two boys. Having started on the mx10s in summer, then having private lessons on their own 50cc & 65cc, it was great to have them show what they’ve learnt on the open day and get some pointers from the instructors (as they don’t listen to me). Given just how wet and slippery it looked, the progress they’ve made was clear as there wasn’t one crash.  The boys love it here and they clearly take on board what they’ve been taught.

If you want to introduce your child to Motorcross/Revvi riding, this is 100% the place to come. The tracks are built with the beginners in mind right through to the more older experienced children. They supply hot food, hot and cold drinks and snacks. All the coaches are so good with the children although we did have Matt this time round and he worked his magic on our grandson. Halloween Junior Open Coaching Day

Attended the open coaching session at the off-road activity centre Datchet with my grandson Riley on the Sunday the 15th of September. 
This was our third coaching session and Riley's confidence skill and decision making has come on leaps and bounds. There's a friendly atmosphere amongst the coaching staff and the attendees ,  the smaller groups of five riders is absolutely ideal for track time and maximum tuition from the professional and well-run staff.
Motorsport is dangerous and having the right tuition is absolutely essential in keeping our little ones safe while still maintaining a sense of fun. We will be attending other events in the future so Riley can keep building his skill set and become a fast safe rider. A huge thank you to all concerned in running this fantastic business and for bringing a huge smile to my little mates face. See you all soon.

Another great day at the Offroad Activity Centre!  The staff are friendly, caring & very knowledgeable...   If you want your child to learn how to ride an MX Bike in a safe and fun way then this is the company for you.  The tracks are great as is all the equipment and I can't speak highly enough of Graham, Luke and the rest of the team - absolutely brilliant child focussed training!

We started coming here in June 2024 and have not looked back my grandson has loved everything and everyone involved.  They have so much knowledge and expertise and are such lovely people. Attended the open coaching session at the off-road activity centre for the fifth time yesterday with our seven-year-old grandson Riley. Riley has just stepped up to a new bike and prior to yesterday he had only had three to four hours experience riding up and down in straight lines. 
Once again the super friendly coaching staff have provided the venue, the experience and skill and more importantly the friendly encouragement to help this young man progress. I really can't speak highly enough of this event Riley has built his confidence since coming here he's technique and bike control has progressed to a level far beyond his grandads!!!

Another great day at the off road activity centre.  A very warm day  but both the tracks were in top shape. Rocket Riley 996 continues to progress under the watchful eye of the Nora accredited coaches who give clear concise instructions and regularly pull the kids to the side of the track for updates and further advice. Fantastic family run atmosphere great crowd of people in the pits and refreshments available. Superb day out for both the young riders and the parents/grandparents. My son and I LOVE this place! Events are well organised and structured, safe, clean and well maintained. The instructors are knowledgeable and fantastic with all of the kids regardless of age, level of riding or experience. Our **Off Road Academy sessions** are a regular group coaching class for riders with their own bikes (up to a max of 50cc/ 110cc capacity) we have up to 5 riders in a group.

Off Road Academy (group training for 4-9 year olds)

This is a one of a kind place and I doubt if you will find a another like it. Luke and his team are outstanding in what they teach and the whole team make you feel as if you have known them for years. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My honest opinion would be to try it for yourself as you will not be disappointed and the kids will be driving you mad to return. Well done to everyone at Off Road Activity Centre 5 stars well and truly deserved.

Their isn’t a better place to be if your little one is starting out for the first time or he has some experience already. luke and all the other fantastic team have bundles of knowledge and are incredible with actually connecting with the kids and making them feel confident and aim to bring the best out of them on every visit. Great facilities on site and made to feel part of the family when you arrive. Highly recommend any of there classes we will be back on 15th of sep for our 3rd visit and little one doesn’t stop talking about Luke and when he’s going back to the track.

What a morning, from start to finish, it was excellent.
He has never been off road before.

Cannot praise Off Road Activity Centre enough! My son Archie was initially very nervous to ride his new KTM on the track (he previously rode a much less powerful bike) and Matt (is an absolute legend!) spent the majority of his day working with him, chatting to him and showing him the foot brake and throttle control. I don’t know how many laps of the track Matt physically ran alongside my son on his training day but I cannot thank him enough. All of the team were so friendly, patient, understanding and kind - by the end of the day he was riding around the track like he always had been! Archie cannot wait to head back again! Fears conquered!  Would give 10 stars if I could. There is no track and team as fantastic for children as these guys are - book onto any session, you won’t regret it!

What can I say this place is amazing from messaging via Facebook after seeing their page to booking  and confirming communication was amazing. My son has rode MX before and had a big crash speaking to the guys at the Center it was clear they know what they are doing.  They had my son back on a bike building his confidence within minutes and had him smiling again riding a bike.  For anyone wishing for their children to try MX this is the place to go facility’s are amazing. Clean toilets, drinks and snacks available we had our own clothing and helmet but this was all there ready to use if needed. We will be going back!!!!! Thank you again for such a great day

This was a birthday present for my 5 year old who is obsessed with motorbikes. It was the first time he tried one so he's had no previous experience. I was a bit worried if he'll be able to ride it as it was a bit bigger and heavier than his bike but the trainers were really good and managed to get him going in no time. My little boy absolutely loved it and is already asking when he can go again. I also loved the fact that they do a go pro run at the end which will ensure my boy has memories of his first motorcycle run. AMAZING!!! 

Brilliant. We had our 8 & 6 year olds attend on the same day and despite them having only limited prior experience, they were both quickly promoted to riding around whilst standing and leaning their legs into corners. 

The setup is great and everyone really friendly and accommodating. Can’t fault it and we are going back next weekend.

Took my son for his first experience of off road biking and he loved it. Great coaching from the team had him set up for a great time on the bike. Already booked to go again.

Ok. Second visit & second review. Despite it being pretty muddy and slippery, both our boys (8&6) again loved the experience. The group even had a couple of races at the end - which they loved. Now I just get asked when they can come back!

I would really recommend to anyone wanting to get their kids going, especially before committing to buying your own bike.

What a fantastic experience! My 4y old son learned to ride a dirt bike. He was smiling and was excited throughout the whole time. I couldn't stop smiling myself either. The whole staff was welcoming, patient and well-prepared. All the gear was in the right size and the choice of a bike made it an enjoyable and safe experience for him. He is now looking forward to trying the bigger bike and racing against other kids. On top of that, we were offered free coffee and tea, which is always lovely! I wish them to succeed with their business and I am sure we will see each other again.

My 10 yr old was extremely lucky to win this experience during a moto cross auction. 
It was such a great day.
Luke and his team were really helpful throughout,  recommending nearby hotels (as we made a weekend out of it), giving us clear directions and making us feel welcome. 
My son felt settled straight away although slightly nervous as his first time riding . Luke and  Alfie went into a lot of effort to describe the bike,equipment and what was going to happen throughout the session. After the initial practising on the bike , we had a gd amount of track time. Totally worth it! Great all round experience and would definitely recommend it!
Great spectating views too .  The go pro video has given us memories to treasure and I'm sure will watch over and over !

My opinion is that anyone wanting to experience the thrill of this sport should only use this company and no other!.  Luke and alex are seriously passionate for the sport of motorcross....infact I have never felt at ease with anyone like these with my son william who totally made friends with both of them. Amazing! “Mummy can I come here everyday”. I took my son here for his first lesson on the mx10. Before his lesson he hadn’t even rode any type of motocross bike before. All the coaches at the off road activity centre were incredible! They were super friendly and very helpful. I spoke to luke before I booked the lesson and he went through everything I needed to know. I will definitely be back! Worth every penny. 

This was my son’s third time, and the progress he’s made since starting is amazing. Great coaching by Luke and the team. My son is hooked and can’t wait to come back

My son was very apprehensive before starting even though he wanted to give it a go.  As soon we arrived Luke introduced himself and started to talk to my son and I could see my son relaxing.  Luke done an amazing at explaining everything what will happen through the session and about the bike.  They went off to the track and my son didn't even look back. Luke ran the session really well. My son now keeps on asking when can he go back and of course wants his bike. Very friendly and experienced with an excellent setup. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience for my son he loved it and so did I watching him have so much fun ! He 2 and a half hours on the bike so Great value for money , refreshments available and comfortable seating area if needed ,  very friendly and welcoming staff , coach Luke was amazing with the kids and connected with them brilliantly meaning they listened to every word he said , highly experienced and took safety very serious too !
